What shipping method do you use?

We use both FedEx ground and UPS ground shipping depending on the weight of the total order. If the order weighs 3 lbs. and under, we will ship via FedEx. If the order is 3 lbs. or heavier, we ship using UPS ground. To see the shipping rate table, Click Here

Do you offer Rush Deliveries?

In most cases, our standard delivery time is 5-10 business days upon the order placement. If there is a need for a Rush Delivery, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How do I care for my bedding once I have purchased?
|
We suggest for most all bedding products to run on a gentle cycle of cold water with like colors. For drying, either hang dry or tumble dry low.
For Pillows and Rugs we recommend to spot clean.
For Drapes and Window Valances, we recommend washing in cold water on the gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry low.
Each product has specific instructions, make sure to read all care labels before washing any bedding products.

Do you have products that can be personalized to show my child's name?

Yes we do! We have a huge selection of personalized clocks or personalized framed art to match any of our themes. Please note that the lettering can not exceed 12 characters including spaces on any of our personalized products.
